Collier Division, SSE, LLC

Collier Safe Company was founded in 1954 by William S. Collier, Sr. In the early years the company limited its product offerings to safes, lockers, and safe deposit boxes. The primary customer base consisted of dealers and banks within the Florida market. Collier built one of the first drive up windows manufactured in Florida. In 1961 Collier built its first vault door, the first U.L. listed vault door installed in Florida. In a short time the Company's reputation for providing superior products at an affordable price became well known throughout the country. In 1969 William S. (Bill) Collier Jr. joined the organization. Spearheaded by Bill, the Company began to design, manufacturer, and distribute a complete line of fixed bank security equipment across America. By 1979 Bill had taken the reins of the organization and began to develop its current line of U.L. listed equipment that has evolved into the products that the Company currently offers. In 1981, Collier moved to its present 150,000 square foot facility in Odessa, Florida, where it currently resides. In 1987, Collier started its international export program and began shipping products to Europe, Asia, and South America. In 1997 Jeff D. Collier, joined the Collier organization. Collier Division, SSE, LLC. proudly celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2004. Today, Collier Division, SSE, LLC. manufactures a full line of bank related products. Our products are among the highest quality available. In addition, we offer project management services, and complete equipment and system maintenance. The Company exports its products and services throughout the world. This includes cities such as London, Moscow, Mexico City, New York, Los Angeles, Beijing, Taipei, Singapore, Milan, Prague, Istanbul, Glasgow, Athens, and Cairo.
